The boot camp with include:

  • A weekly Keto meal plan and guide

  • Customized macros for your body type

  • Support through a closed Facebook group where Keto recipes, tips, and guidance will be shared. Fitness technique videos will also be shared along with tips and advice

  • 2-3 periodized workouts per week with phases to increase metabolism and loss of body fat

  • Access to both a certified Keto Coach and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (also has a Doctorate of Physical Therapy) for help with modifications to your Keto and work out plan
