2 cups almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup Swerve granulated sweetener
2 large eggs
1/2 cup melted butter
1 tsp sugar free caramel syrup (Jordans Skinny Syrup or Torani work great)
1/3 cup pecan pieces
1 Lilys salted caramel bar - add as many squares as you'd like.
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line muffin pan with liners or silicone muffin molds.
2. In a large bowl combine the almond flour and baking powder, mix well. In a separate bowl mix the sweetener, eggs, melted butter and sugar free syrup. Mix well to combine.
3. Stir the wet ingredients into the dry. Fold in the pecans.
4. Transfer batter to muffin pan and top each blondie with a square of Lilys. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
5. Once cooled - Enjoy!!
